Le Project « Review, Promotion, and Tenure (RPT) » analyse les documents liés provenant d’universités américaines et canadiennes afin de déterminer comment la publication en libre accès et à l’abonnement sont encouragés et en quoi l’incitation influe sur la science ouverte.
