In the spirit of the public humanities, initiatives are emerging that foster the open sharing, re-purposing, and development of scholarly projects, publications, educational resources, data, and tools. This virtual discussion panel, from a workshop hosted as part of the Alliance of Digital Humanities Organizations' DH2020 conference (July 20-25, 2020), featured talks on related issues by key players in the digital research infrastructure world. These speakers included Ray Siemens and Alyssa Arbuckle (University of Victoria), Kathleen Fitzpatrick (Michigan State University), Gabriel Miller (Federation for the Humanities and Social Sciences), Susan Haigh (Canadian Association of Research Libraries), and Chad Gaffield (U15 Canada).
